Requirements
We are seeking a seasoned D365 CRM Functional Tester with extensive experience in Manual Testing and a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM modules.

• Manual Testing within Dynamics 365 CRM
• Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) & Testing Methodologies
• Preparing Test Plans, Test Cases & Traceability Matrix
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps / Jira
• Functional, Regression & System Testing
• Defect Tracking & Bug Reporting
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM Sales, Marketing & Service Modules
• D365 Portal Testing
• API Validation utilizing Postman
• Agile & Scrum Frameworks
• Client Interaction & Communication Skills
Additional Advantage:
• Knowledge of Automation Testing
