D365 CRM Developer

Fixed Term Contract until 30 June 2027| Hybrid Sydney CBD | Dynamics 365 | Power Platform | Azure

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to join a high-performing technology team and play a pivotal role in designing, developing and enhancing a large-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment supporting core customer, sales, service and marketing functions.

This is a hands-on contract opportunity where you'll own solutions end-to-end, from design and development through to deployment, support and continuous improvement.

Key activities:

• Design and develop enterprise-grade solutions across Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform
• Build and maintain custom functionality using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dataverse, Plugins and Web APIs
• Develop integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and Azure services
• Improve platform reliability, performance and security through proactive engineering practices
• Create and optimise Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and Power BI reporting
• Help modernise legacy solutions, reduce technical debt and drive engineering best practice
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product teams and delivery partners in an Agile environment
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and guidance across the development lifecycle

Skills and experience required: 

• Proven experience delivering complex Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/CRM solutions
• Strong development skills across C#, .NET and JavaScript
• Deep expertise with Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform
• Experience building plugins, custom APIs, integrations and automation solutions
• Strong SQL/T-SQL and data modelling experience
• Experience with Power BI reporting and analytics
• Knowledge of Azure services, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps and Git
• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Nice to have skills:

• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400 or related Dynamics 365/Azure certifications
• Experience in regulated industries such as insurance, healthcare or financial services
• Experience modernising legacy Dynamics environments
• Automated testing and DevOps experience across Power Platform solutions
