Design risk-based test scenarios, execute functional, regression, integration, exploratory, end-to-end, smoke, and UAT testing, manage defects, test APIs and role-based access, maintain traceability in Azure DevOps, support release verification, and advise stakeholders on quality risks and readiness within an Agile team.

Provide secretarial and administrative support to Practice Managers, Claims Managers, and Medical Advisors within the Civil Claims team. Responsibilities include preparing and proofreading claims documents, managing dictation and records, processing payments and invoices, handling enquiries, maintaining confidentiality, processing government recovery applications, reconciling invoices, and supporting general team administration.

Establish and lead automated testing for a Dynamics 365 CRM platform. Responsibilities include defining the automation strategy, building Playwright-based regression and end-to-end frameworks, developing API and integration tests, introducing unit testing, integrating automation with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, reporting quality metrics, documenting practices, and transferring knowledge to the broader team.

Manage procurement sourcing, supplier governance, due diligence, performance management, and vendor management systems. Develop procurement strategies, negotiate supplier terms, monitor regulatory and policy compliance including APRA CPS 230, and advise stakeholders on supplier risk. Drive continuous improvement of procurement frameworks, policies, templates, and reporting processes.

Develop and enhance enterprise Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions, including custom C#/.NET and JavaScript functionality, Dataverse plugins, APIs, integrations, automation, and reporting.
