Main Responsibilities
- Provide expertise and in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) application and evaluates the customer’s business processes against the standard Microsoft Dynamics functionality.
- Responsible for documenting the business requirements which express what actions a solution must take and what outcome is expected.
- Collaborates with stakeholders throughout the organization to ensure a comprehensive set of requirements, aligned to business objectives, gaining full understanding of current and future state business processes.
- Responsible for conducting user acceptance testing and train customer resources to successfully use and maintain the Dynamics 365 CE.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and design.
- Perform Dynamics 365 CE configuration, setup, and data migration strategies.
- Document ‘as-is’ and ‘to-be’ within accurate and detailed scoping documents.
- Liaise with developers and clients – act as a point of communication.
- Work with Support Consultants to design and develop new modifications for existing clients, support previous modifications, and assist with support issues where needed.
- Assist with any other necessary task as required.
Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated experience as a subject matter expert in Dynamics 365 CE.
- 4+ years of experience in designing and developing functionalities in Dynamics 365 CE.
- Proven experience working on full life cycle implementations across multiple versions of Dynamics 365 CE.
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of core Dynamics 365 CE modules.
- Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
- Ability to customise CRM forms, views, workflows, business rules, charts, and dashboards.
- Experience or knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform is an added advantage.
- Excellent business communication skills with effective presentation and demonstration skills.
- First class communication and presentation skills at all levels in English required; fluency in Mandarin and Cantonese is preferred.
- Technical background/programming concept understanding is an added advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to customers.
- Strong relationship-building expertise with a wide and varied audience; internally and externally.
- Microsoft SQL Server understanding is an added advantage.
- Highly confident with providing support and training to users.
- Ability to resolve problems independently using an analytical approach.
- Willingness to learn and be challenged.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Technology or equivalent professional qualification.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications are strongly preferred.
- Project Management certification is highly desirable.
