We are now looking for a D2C Online Sales Activation Manager to join the central E-commerce team in Europe APACMEA. This team’s core focus is to develop and leverage new routes to market delivering profitable growth for Electrolux.
As D2C Online Sales Activation Manager, your mission will be to plan, co-execute and evaluate D2C e-commerce commercial activities and campaigns in Business Area Europe APACMEA with the main objective to grow online sales for all our product categories: appliances, accessories and spares. The successful candidate will be a data driven campaign manager expert, implementing industry leading best practices for sales conversion and growth across all online channels. The role requires a solid understanding of e-commerce and strong commercial acumen, leveraging data, UX and analytics to set up campaigns and commercial tactics that translate into conversion. The candidate will be adept at cross functional collaboration, communication, campaign management, and scaling activation strategies to deliver sales growth.
Your success in this role is a reflection of how well we succeed to increase D2C sales with help of insights and close teamwork across functions. You will as D2C Online Sales Manager report to the Head of Conversion & Consumer Activation in BA Europe APACMEA.
Furthermore, you will:
- Strategize, co-execute, and manage the D2C promotional campaign plan in Europe and APACMEA from conception to execution and reporting, ensuring growth in the Electrolux D2C online sales channels: branded webstores, focused channels and marketplaces
- Monitor demand, shopping behavior and other key metrics to optimize campaign performance and maximize conversion rate and sales
- Hands-on support to execute campaigns in all digital channels including paid media, affiliates, email, social media and webstore personalization
- Provide reports and analyses for campaign performance and how activations impact the main e-commerce metrics traffic, conversion rate, average order value, etc. with strong focus on incremental sales and ROI
- Collaborate and support Central and country sales teams, CRM, marketing, category managers and IT to maximize the impact of campaigns and sales activations
- Ensure campaign content is aligned with brand guidelines and is relevant to sales objectives and follows best e-commerce practices
- Actively work to enforce the Electrolux D2C strategy, understanding the impact campaigns and sales activation make on the overall business result.
Formal Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing, computer science/information systems or similar
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in D2C E-commerce
- Clear understanding of e-commerce mechanisms to drive demand and sales
- Understanding Paid Media, SEO, Affiliates, Email and other mechanisms that drive traffic
- Advanced knowledge in sales analytics tools like GA4, Excel, Power BI, as well as behavioral analysis tools like ContentSquare
- Experience from diving sales activations on 3P Marketplaces is a plus
- Experience from the APACMEA region is a plus
