Compensation: $22-23.00/hour
Exciting NEW Pay Incentives at RJW!
- Attendance Incentive - Up to $2400 bonus for good attendance. (Refer to Policy for Rules and Details)
- Referral Bonus - Up to $500 per referral (Refer to Policy for Rules and Details)
- Hiring Bonus - Up to $1000 (Refer to Policy for Rules and Details)
- Step increase program- Pay will increase by $.50 after 90 days and again after 180 days (Material Handlers Only)
- Certified/qualified Forklift/Walkie Rider/Cherry Picker drivers will receive an additional $0.50 p.hr
- Certified/qualified Reach Truck drivers will receive an additional $1.00 p.hr

Skills Required
- 2 years warehouse experience
- Co-pack, labeling, QA, IC experience
- Warehouse safety experience
- Ability to lead a team of associates with minimal direction
- Computer experience
- GED or High School Diploma
- College (preferred)
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable speaking in front of others / good communication skills
- Ability to work extended shifts (in excess of 8 continuous hours when required)
- Forklift/Reach/Cherry Picker certification (preferred if applicable for pay differential)
