Position: VAS Lead (Value Added Services) - 2nd Shift
Compensation: $23-24.00/hour
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday (4pm - 12:30am)

- Attendance Incentive - Up to $2400 bonus for good attendance. (Refer to Policy for Rules and Details)
- Referral Bonus - Up to $500 per referral (Refer to Policy for Rules and Details)
- Hiring Bonus - Up to $1000 (Refer to Policy for Rules and Details)
- Step increase program- Pay will increase by $.50 after 90 days and again after 180 days (Material Handlers Only)
- Certified/qualified Forklift/Walkie Rider/Cherry Picker drivers will receive an additional $0.50 p.hr
- Certified/qualified Reach Truck drivers will receive an additional $1.00 p.hr

Skills Required
- Two years of warehouse experience
- Co-pack, labeling, quality assurance, or inventory control experience
- Warehouse safety experience
- Ability to lead a team of associates with minimal direction
- Computer experience
- GED or high school diploma
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in an indoor warehouse environment and sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, or kneel
- Ability to work more than eight continuous hours when required
- College education
