Dans le cadre de la modernisation de son environnement de reporting analytique, vous serez responsable de la migration des rapports et tableaux de bord Tableau vers Power BI. Vous serez responsable de l'analyse des rapports existants, de la conception des équivalents Power BI et de l'adaptation des modèles de données en fonction des sources hébergées sur Snowflake et Databricks. Vous aurez à travailler de concert avec les équipes d'affaires et les autres unités TI, ainsi qu'à assurer un transfert de connaissances pour la prise en charge post-migration.

Responsabilités

  • Analyser les rapports et tableaux de bord Tableau existants (logique de calcul, sources de données, structure des dashboards, interactions et filtres) afin d'en documenter les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques;

  • Adapter les modèles de données et les requêtes en fonction des sources hébergées sur Snowflake et Databricks, en optimisant les performances de connexion et de rafraîchissement;

  • Recréer et valider les calculs métier complexes (mesures DAX, équivalents des calculs « Level of Detail » de Tableau) en assurant l’exactitude des résultats face aux rapports d’origine;

  • Collaborer avec les équipes d’affaires afin de valider que la logique métier et les indicateurs clés sont correctement interprétés et représentés;

  • Documenter la démarche de migration, les choix techniques et les écarts éventuels entre les deux environnements, et assurer un transfert de connaissances vers les équipes internes pour la prise en charge post-migration.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience en développement et architecture BI;

  • Expertise avérée et sénior sur Power BI en priorité, complétée par une très bonne connaissance de Tableau;

  • Expérience concrète et démontrable dans au moins un projet de migration de rapports Tableau vers Power BI (références ou exemples de mandats similaires requis);

  • Expérience de travail avec Snowflake comme source de données principale pour des solutions BI, ainsi qu’une très bonne connaissance de Databricks;

  • Maîtrise avancée de DAX et connaissance du langage de calcul Tableau (LOD, table calculations);

  • Excellente maîtrise de SQL pour l’interrogation et l’optimisation des requêtes sur Snowflake et Databricks; très bonne connaissance de Python;

  • Connaissance des bonnes pratiques de modélisation de données (schémas en étoile, optimisation de performance);

  • Bonne compréhension du secteur de la finance, particulièrement du revenu fixe (obligations, taux d’intérêt, duration, convexité, spreads de crédit, courbes de taux) — atout très avantageux;

  • Consultant(e) autonome, très sénior, capable de prendre en charge un mandat de migration de bout en bout avec un minimum d’encadrement;

  • Bonnes compétences de communication, tant avec les équipes techniques qu’avec les parties prenantes d’affaires;

  • Excellente communication en français et en anglais. L'anglais est requis, le psote dmeandant de communiquer avec des clients et des partenaires situés à l'extérieur du Québec.

Skills Required

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in BI development and architecture
  • Senior proven expertise in Power BI
  • Very good knowledge of Tableau
  • Demonstrable experience in at least one Tableau to Power BI migration project (references or examples required)
  • Experience working with Snowflake as primary data source for BI solutions
  • Very good knowledge of Databricks
  • Advanced mastery of DAX and knowledge of Tableau calculation language (LOD, table calculations)
  • Excellent SQL for querying and optimizing queries on Snowflake and Databricks
  • Very good knowledge of Python
  • Knowledge of data modeling best practices (star schemas, performance optimization)
  • Good understanding of the finance sector, especially fixed income (bonds, interest rates, duration, convexity, credit spreads, yield curves)
  • Autonomous consultant able to manage end-to-end migration with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills with technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Excellent communication in French and English (English required)
  • Legally authorized to work for any employer in Canada
