Nous sommes à la rechercher d'un(e) développeur(se) solutions analytiques intermédiaire pour rejoindre notre équipe

Responsabilités

  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins en matière d’information, en collaboration avec les parties prenantes (cliniciens, gestionnaires, décideurs, etc.);
  • Développer des applications analytiques avec Power Apps et autres outils Azure, Power Platform, etc;
  • Participer à la conception technique et au développement des pipelines de données, jeux de données et modèles analytiques;
  • Traduire les besoins d’affaires en spécifications techniques détaillées et en solutions concrètes, en collaboration avec les architectes et analystes;
  • Développer et maintenir des jeux de données structurés, des mesures DAX, des scripts d’intégration et des transformations de données (Power Query, Python, T-SQL, etc.);
  • Participer à l’intégration et à l’enrichissement des modèles sémantiques dans Power BI et Fabric;
  • Assurer la qualité, la performance et la stabilité des solutions développées à l’aide de tests automatisés et de pratiques DevOps/MLOps;
  • Contribuer à l’optimisation des temps de réponse, à la gestion des agrégations, partitions et au rafraîchissement des données;
  • Mettre en œuvre des règles de sécurité (RLS, OLS) et participer à la gestion des droits d’accès;
  • Participer au déploiement automatisé des rapports, jeux de données et scripts dans des environnements de développement, test et production (CI/CD);
  • Assurer la documentation technique, la traçabilité des changements et la conformité avec les normes de gouvernance de données;
  • Collaborer à la résolution d’incidents, au soutien technique et à l’amélioration continue des solutions BI en production;
  • Effectuer une veille technologique sur les outils analytiques et les meilleures pratiques de développement.

Qualifications

  • Maîtrise de la langue française parlée et écrite;
  • Détenir un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (baccalauréat) dans le domaine des technologies de l'information, en administration des affaires, en gestion, ou dans un domaine connexe. L'équivalence du MIFI est exigée pour tout diplôme obtenu à l'extérieur du Québec;
  • Doit détenir une certification de spécialisation délivrée par une autorité compétente et reconnue dans le domaine des technologies de l’information;
  • Posséder un minimum de SIX (6) ans d’expérience pertinente en développement de produit de données analytique;
  • Avoir participé à des projets comportant des jeux de données complexes intégrant des sources cliniques ou administratives (ex. : SIURGE, Clinibase, MedUrge, LGI Paie, etc.);
  • Avoir contribué à des projets d’envergure impliquant des équipes pluridisciplinaires et l’utilisation de la plateforme Microsoft (Azure, Fabric, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, etc.);
  • Connaissance avancée de la suite Microsoft Office 365;
  • Connaissances techniques de la plateforme Fabric (Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Direct Lake, Pipeline, notebook PySpark);
  • Maîtrise des langages T-SQL, M, R, JSON, Python, DAX;
  • Maîtrise de Power BI et Power Apps (modélisation, rapports interactifs, performance);
  • Maîtrise des techniques de modélisation de données et d’optimisation (schémas en étoile/flocon, agrégations, partitions, stratégies de rafraîchissement dans Fabric);
  • Connaissance de diverses bases et sources (MS SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Sybase, Dataverse, NoSQL, Spark; ELT/ETL/API; formats comme JSON);
  • Connaissance des services Microsoft Azure (Azure Data Lake gen2, Data Factory); expérience pratique avec SSIS, SSAS et SSRS;
  • Connaissance des normes de sécurité des données, gestion des accès, cryptographie, RLS/OLS.

Skills Required

  • Fluency in spoken and written French
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, management, or a related field; MIFI equivalency required for degrees obtained outside Quebec
  • Specialization certification issued by a competent and recognized information technology authority
  • Minimum of six years of relevant experience developing analytical data products
  • Experience with complex datasets integrating clinical or administrative sources
  • Experience contributing to large-scale projects with multidisciplinary teams using Microsoft platforms such as Azure, Fabric, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Copilot Studio
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Direct Lake, pipelines, and PySpark notebooks
  • Mastery of T-SQL, M, R, JSON, Python, and DAX
  • Mastery of Power BI and Power Apps, including modeling, interactive reports, and performance optimization
  • Mastery of data modeling and optimization techniques, including star and snowflake schemas, aggregations, partitions, and Fabric refresh strategies
  • Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Sybase, Dataverse, NoSQL, Spark, ELT/ETL, APIs, and JSON data formats
  • Knowledge of Azure Data Lake Gen2 and Azure Data Factory; practical experience with SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS
  • Knowledge of data security standards, access management, cryptography, RLS, and OLS
  • Legally authorized to work for any employer in Canada
