Wepoint est à la recherche d’un profil sénior pour rejoindre son équipe spécialisée en développement sur mesure. Nous cherchons une personne curieuse, passionnée, débrouillarde, capable de s’adapter rapidement à des environnements variés, et qui possède une solide expertise en backend .NET, en infrastructure cloud (Azure), et en pratiques DevOps modernes.
Vous interviendrez sur des projets d’envergure, dans des contextes techniques exigeants, où votre capacité à proposer des solutions robustes et évolutives sera mise à contribution. Afin de développer et maintenir des solutions performantes et sécurisées, vous serez amené à collaborer avec des équipes techniques (architectes, développeurs, devops, analystes qualités) et des équipes solutions (Product Owners, Designers) ainsi que des clients.
Responsabilités
Participer à toutes les phases des projets : analyse, conception, développement, tests, déploiement, maintenance.
Proposer des architectures techniques modernes (n-tiers, microservices, serverless) adaptées aux besoins des clients.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes DevOps pour automatiser les environnements de développement et de production (Azure DevOps).
Auditer des solutions existantes et formuler des recommandations d’amélioration.
Encadrer techniquement les membres de l’équipe, partager les bonnes pratiques et contribuer à l’évolution de la pratique.
Rédiger et maintenir la documentation technique.
Participer à l’évaluation de solutions et à la présentation auprès des clients.
Qualifications
Minimum 8 ans d’expérience en développement .NET.
Forte capacité d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes complexes.
Curieux.euse de nature, toujours à l’affut des nouvelles technologies.
Leadership technique, autonomie, et excellentes aptitudes relationnelles.
Excellente communication en français et en anglais. La capacité à communiquer en anglais, oralement et par écrit, est requise car la personne dans ce poste collaborera régulièrement avec des collègues et clients situés à l'extérieur du Québec.
Participation dans les communautés technologiques est un plus.
Expertise approfondie en développement .NET (C#, .NET).
Maîtrise de Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, PaaS).
Expérience avec Azure DevOps (CI/CD, gestion de code source, pipelines).
Solide maîtrise de Entity Framework pour l’accès aux données
Bonne connaissance des bases de données relationnelles (SQL Server).
Connaissance des principes SOLID, DDD, et des modèles de conception.
Expérience avec les architectures modernes : microservices, serverless, multi-teant, Entra-ID, Auth0.
Capacité à travailler avec des systèmes legacy dans une optique de modernisation.
Connaissance des frameworks front-end (React, Angular, VueJS) est un atout.
Atout : expérience dans l’intégration de solutions d’intelligence artificielle via Azure (Cognitive Services, Azure AI Foundry, etc.) pour répondre à des besoins clients spécifiques.
Atout : utilisation d’outils d’assistance au développement par l’IA (ex. GitHub Copilot et Claude Code).
