Vous rejoindrez le département IT DevSecOps & IA à titre de Développeur(se) IA Python. Vous serez responsable du développement, de l’intégration et de l’optimisation de modèles d’intelligence artificielle pour divers cas d’usage d’affaires.
Vous travaillerez en mode agile, en étroite collaboration avec des scientifiques de données (Data Scientists), des architectes de solutions, ainsi qu’avec les équipes d’affaires et TI des différentes divisions de l'entreprise. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’industrialisation et le déploiement en production des solutions d’IA.
En tant qu’expert(e) en programmation assistée par l'IA, vous maîtrisez pleinement les outils d’IA générative (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT) afin d’accélérer le développement tout en maintenant des standards de qualité élevés. Vous êtes en mesure de décomposer des problématiques complexes en instructions claires pour les outils d’IA, puis de valider et d’optimiser le code généré.
Responsabilités
Participer à des ateliers de travail avec les équipes TI, les équipes d’affaires et les scientifiques de données;
Développer et optimiser des modèles d’IA et de machine learning pour répondre à des besoins d’affaires;
Intégrer et déployer les modèles en production (API, microservices);
Utiliser de façon experte les pratiques de vibe coding afin d’accélérer le développement sans compromettre la qualité;
Mettre en place des pipelines MLOps (entraînement, gestion des versions, surveillance);
Réaliser des tests automatisés et assurer la validation des modèles (performance, robustesse, biais);
Produire une documentation technique détaillée (code, modèles, API, prompts réutilisables);
Optimiser les performances des solutions (latence, coûts, évolutivité);
Assurer une veille technologique et formuler des recommandations sur les nouvelles techniques en intelligence artificielle;
Partager les meilleures pratiques deprogrammation assistée par l'IA auprès de l’équipe.
Qualifications
Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience en développement Python avec un fort accent sur l’intelligence artificielle et le machine learning;
Expérience démontrée en programmation assistées par l'IA avec une utilisation efficace d’outils d’IA tels que GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude ou ChatGPT;
Expertise des frameworks de machine learning et d’apprentissage profond : TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, LangChain;
Solide expérience avec les modèles de langage de grande taille (LLM) : fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) et agents IA;
Maîtrise des plateformes infonuagiques : AWS SageMaker, Azure Machine Learning, Google Cloud Vertex AI;
Connaissance des technologies MLOps et des pipelines CI/CD appliqués aux modèles d’IA;
Compétences en ingénierie de données (prétraitement, feature engineering, pipelines de données);
Maîtrise des bases de données SQL, NoSQL et Vector Databases;
Expérience du développement d’API avec FastAPI, Flask et architectures REST;
Bonne connaissance de la conteneurisation avec Docker et Kubernetes;
Excellentes compétences en tests automatisés et en assurance qualité du code (pytest, unittest, couverture de code);
Maîtrise des outils de gestion de versions (Git, GitLab, GitHub);
Atout : expérience en vision par ordinateur (Computer Vision) et/ou en traitement automatique du langage naturel (NLP);
Excellente communication en français et en anglais. L'anglais est requis, le poste demandant de communiquer avec des clients et des partenaires situés à l'extérieur du Québec.

Skills Required
