Responsabilités
Participer à la conception et à l’architecture de solutions numériques complexes (sites, plateformes et applications web);
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec designers et product owners pour bâtir des expériences numériques de haute qualité;
Développer des modules, intégrations et API robustes et évolutives;
Conseiller l’équipe et les clients sur les meilleures pratiques technologiques et les choix d’architecture;
Contribuer activement à la qualité du code (revues, tests, CI/CD, documentation);
Participer à l’évolution des processus de développement et de déploiement continu;
Exploiter l’utilisation d’outils d’assistance au développement basés sur l’IA au sein des pratiques de l’équipe;
Partager ton expertise avec tes collègues.
Qualifications
Excellentes compétences en développpement Front-End (Tailwind, /Sass, Twig/Blade)) et connaissance d’un des frameworks suivant : React, Vue ou Angular;
Familiarité avec Figma et l’utilisation de design system;
Solide maîtrise de PHP et d’un framework moderne (Laravel/Yii ou équivalent);
Expérience significative avec Craft CMS (développement de modules, gestion de contenu personnalisé, intégrations complexes);
Connaissance approfondie des API RESTful et bases de données relationnelles;
Expérience à offrir des sites optimisés au niveau du SEO et des normes d’accessibilités;
Capacité à diagnostiquer, documenter et résoudre rapidement des problèmes techniques;
Habiletés de communications pour vulgariser et partager les concepts et techniques avec l’ensemble de l’équipe;
Bilingue (français & anglais). L'anglais est demandé puisque le poste demande de communiquer avec des équipes situées à l’extérieur du Québec.
Atouts
Connaissance ou intérêt à développer en backend C#/.NET;
Familiarité avec Azure ou AWS et les outils DevOps et pipelines CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, GitLab CI, etc.);
Expérience avec Docker ou d’autres outils de conteneurisation;
Notions d’architecture microservices ou headless CMS.
