KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Coordinate with System Maintenance Consultant, Centre of Excellence, OMP team, Data engineers and SAP Development teams to resolve the planning related issues withing the SLA target timelines.
• Lead development, testing and cutover of any future enhancements and projects related to Planning.
• Manage complex system configurations to meet evolving business needs and ensure optimal performance.
• Lead OMP PAK deployment activities, including defining testing requirements, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion for the Plan Product team.
• Proactively work to improve overall environment stability and ease of support.
• Develop close partnership with business users to gain a deep understanding of needs and align priorities.
• Rotational off-hour support.
• Support day-to-day Run activities.
• Provide extended hour production support based on the monthly rotation.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Full Time graduation from an accredited university.
- Experience: 5+ years of overall experience and 3+ years of related experience in Supply chain Planning system.
- Technical Skills:
- Experience with OMP planning system in any module.
- Good understanding of master data and transactional data required for SAP ECC and Planning Tools (APO/OMP etc.)
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication, Presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, (understanding their needs and translating them into technical solutions) IT teams and external vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ Years in OMP with experience in any of the OMP - OPR, S&OP, IO & FCT modules.
- Good understanding of integration technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, CPI, APIs, third-party systems) and managing data flows between systems.
- Understanding of full Planning processes - from forecast creation to finite scheduling & MRP.
- Track record as a strong team player with effective teamwork and communication skills.
- An analytical, methodical, logical approach to problem solving, employing innovative approaches to business and technical challenges.
- Willingness to continue learning to expand and build on skill sets.
ELIGIBILITY
Applicants must meet minimum age qualifications in the country in which the job is located.
Skills Required
- Full-time graduation from an accredited university
- 5+ years of overall professional experience
- 3+ years of related experience with supply chain planning systems
- Experience with the OMP planning system in any module
- Understanding of master data and transactional data for SAP ECC and planning tools such as APO or OMP
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly
- 2+ years of OMP experience
- Experience with OMP OPR, S&OP, IO, or FCT modules
- Understanding of SAP PI/PO, CPI, APIs, third-party integrations, and system data flows
- Understanding of end-to-end planning processes from forecasting through finite scheduling and MRP
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Analytical, methodical, and logical problem-solving approach
- Willingness to continue learning and expand technical skills
