Role and responsibilities
SBI / NPI / MBI system and D2D and D2DB DetectionCode in TW.
Response for Sustaining System / DetectionCode SW Quality testing and releasing and test design.
Join RD Feature review meetings, review engineering specifications, design documents and provide SQA Test Plan (sTPS); Participate in code / new feature design reviewing(C++ and C#).
Create, execute and update test plans (sTPS) that may include functional, system level tests and tooling, integration and regression tests; Set up correct test environment.
Work with software developers to address software defects/issues in a timely manner.
Implement software algorithms in Linux or Windows environment and maintain code using C++ and C#.
Perform software code and release management, working on release notes and other support documents, including code compilation and software packaging for release/patch installations; Prepare documents for test environment setup guide and other necessary user manuals.
Maintain existing features and contribute to developing new technologies to support automatic test. Write test script for test case by using C# and TestComplete.
Work with field engineer to verify and reproduce the issue reported from customer site.
Collaborate with other departments/teams.
Education and experience
A relevant Master in software engineering, computer science and Information Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/ Applied Mathematics;
Experience in performing software build, software testing, releasing, documentation (Test Plan/Test Report/Release Note) and coding in C# or C/C++ to support RD is plus.
Using object-oriented paradigm or 1 years of C# or C/C++ development experience is plus.
Familiar with Window environment operation or Linux command / Linux Environment Setup / Linux Kernel Buildup knowledge.
xperience with semiconductor tools, knowledge in semiconductor processing and device fabrication experience, understanding semiconductor flow in the industry is plus.
Experience on customer support/service especially using knowledge of software for semiconductor or electronic devices industry is plus.
Knowledge in troubleshooting and maintenance in production tools, direct experience work with customer, and being able to address issues and deliver customers’ needs in order to ensure software quality is plus.
Experience in writing automation testing cases, and performing software deliver or installation.
Collaborate with other departments / teams, people and communication skills are required. Able to write clear documentation (Test Plan/Test Report/Release Note), create clear SOP and deliver to other people.
The graduate doesn't have related testing experience but have C# or C++ coding experience, and who is interested in testing job can also.
Skills
Software testing and debugging; Track, analyze issues and communicate with other stakeholders; Focus on SW quality to perform daily testing.
Problem solving and logical thinking: Support tools to trouble shoot and gave a quick response when issue happened.
Communication and documentation: built and improve relationships with people that work with, friendly and helpful to coworkers as well as other members; documentation for Test Plan, Test Report, Release Note and SOP.
Familiar with C# or C/C++, Window environment or Linux environment /Linux commands.
The candidate should be better with proactive, patient, careful and highly-compressive personality.
