We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead the development of advanced algorithmic solutions for E-Beam inspection and metrology. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background and leadership experience, who thrives in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Role and responsibilities- Evaluate, identify, and develop cutting-edge algorithms for E-Beam inspection and metrology applications.
- Lead algorithm development projects from concept through deployment.
- Address and resolve critical technical challenges with effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine software requirements.
- Create high-level product specifications and design documentation.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software design and implementation.
- Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in image processing and pattern recognition algorithm development.
- Proven track record in leading algorithm development projects.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages, tools, and development platforms.
- Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and disciplines.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
