About Role:
As Investment Manager for a private family office, you will be responsible for supervising the performance and strategic direction of a portfolio of real estate and private investments. Working directly with the owner and alongside a small circle of trusted experts, you will drive financial analysis, evaluate new opportunities, and help establish a structured, future-ready investment platform built on trust, discretion, and long-term value creation.
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee performance of investments across the Czech Republic and abroad
- Monitor financial performance, cash flow, returns, and risk exposure of private projects
- Evaluate new investment opportunities across real estate, private equity, venture capital, and other asset classes
- Support capital allocation decisions and portfolio diversification strategy
- Lead and supervise project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for construction and refurbishment projects
- Review business plans, investment models, and financing structures
- Coordinate with banks, advisors, and internal finance stakeholders
- Ensure investment documentation and reporting standards are structured and scalable
- Contribute to building scalable governance and reporting frameworks for the family office
- Work closely with trusted advisors and holding structures across jurisdictions
- Gradually evolve into a strategic partner in managing private wealth and investment platform
Requirements:
- Experience in investment management, real estate private equity and asset management with excellent knowledge of finance
- Strong background in real estate investments; exposure to diversified asset classes is a plus
- Experience with financial modeling, investment analysis, and deal structuring
- Strong understanding of project finance and capital structures
- High level of discretion and personal integrity
- Strategic mindset with ambition to grow into broader leadership responsibilities
- Fluent Czech and English required
- Czechia based; flexibility for occasional travel
