We serve over half of the worldwide merchant fleet with products and services, and supply crew and technical management for some of the most complex vessels in the world.
To support our team we are now looking for a new colleague to join us as Cylinder Coordinator.
Main responsibilities
Ensure correct registration of cylinder transactions in the system, monitor and solve cylinder deviations.
Close relationship with the customer about all cylinder commercial issues and challenges in cooperation with Sales and Customer Service.
Monitor, report, and follow up on customers’ complaints/non-compliance with the cylinder business models agreed and to secure the correct administration of the cylinder assets in customers’ possession.
Carrying out analyses of cylinders onboard customers’ vessels and address irregularities
Optimize cylinders turnaround onboard customers’ vessels in cooperation with Sales and Customer Service.
Your profile
Fluent in English – we communicate in English on a daily basis
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative
Excellent skills in interaction, communication, organization and execution
Ability to adapt and respond to changes
Good analytical skills, attention to detail and follow-through
Bachelor or similar degree in business related studies or relevant work experience
