The Edenred Digital Center (EDC) in Bucharest, Romania is Edenred Group's largest Digital hub for strategic Tech projects.

 

Context/ ROLE:

Edenred is implementing a worldwide strategy to improve IT security & compliance and protect the business. This strategy is sustained by 4 major pillars.

In this context, Edenred is looking for a cybersecurity profile with dual  responsibility :

-        Cybersecurity specialist : support for Security leader of Global Technology – eQuarter perimeter

-        Security leader for Edenred Digital Center Romania (EDC)

Position SCOPE & Key Responsibilities

Cybersecurity Specialist

Reporting to the Global Technology – eQuarter cybersecurity leader, she/he will be an essential support in the team to improve the IT Security of the Global Technology directions according to our roadmap and strategy.

Edenred Global Technology – eQuarter cybersecurity specialist is responsible of:

-        managing eQuarter cyber security incident in close collaboration with business & technology stakeholders, plus Global CyberSOC

-        support internal teams on vendor management and contracts

-        follow and support applicative teams in close collaboration with Centers Of Expertise to perform/maintain standard security controls :

o   IT resilience: follow up DRP exercises (+ documents updates) and backups tests

o   vulnerability management: plan and follow-up pentests, vulnerabilities remediation, vulnerability tools deployments

o   identity and access management: follow up access reviews and access matrix

-        improve security score defined by security framework for EQ most critical applications

-        ensure Security by Design approach in critical and strategic applications and projects

-        support the definition of cybersecurity roadmap & cybersecurity budgets

EDC Security Leader

Reporting to the Edenred Digital Center director and to the Global Technology – eQuarter cybersecurity leader, she/he will be an essential support in EDC to improve the IT Security and Resilience according to our roadmap and strategy: identify, protect & comply, detect, respond and train.

 

EDC Romania Security leader is responsible of:

-        managing locally cyber security incident in close collaboration with business & technology stakeholders, plus Global CyberSOC

-        perform/maintain standard security controls on EDC applications

-        support or drive Global cybersecurity projects (WAF, DLP, local admin cleanup ...)

-        promote cybersecurity on applicative teams, managers and EDC staff (phishing campaigns, developers trainings…)

-        ensure security policies are applied in EDC workplace

-        improve the security score defined by the security framework for EDC

 

This position is an opportunity for she/he to work on strategic applications and projects with many experimented and involved business and IT stakeholders. It will be key to demonstrate project management skills, have a clear understanding of the topics and propose organizational and/or technical solutions to reach the objectives.

 

Key Stakeholders

The Cybersecurity specialist will mainly interact with internal stakeholders:

o   Global Technology - eQuarter cybersecurity leader (N+1)

o   EDC Director

o   IT Application Owners & IT Application Tech Leads

o   Cybersecurity Centers of Expertise (AppSec, IAM, IT Compliance & Resilience, Cyber-Program, Security Operations)

o   Other Global functions in Global Technology (infrastructure, network, workplace,  architecture, data protection)

Knowledge and skills

Soft skills:

»  Pragmatic and solution oriented

»  Result and performance oriented with a can-do attitude and be able to persuade/ influence others in the organization.

»  Clear concise reporting, outlining key points

»  Work in autonomy

»  Passionate about functional and technical subjects

»  Manage several requests and parallel work streams

 

Hard skills:

»  Significant experience within cybersecurity (5+ years)

»  A good knowledge of at least 2 of the following domains is essential :  IT Security operations (cyber incident & vulnerability management), Identity & Access Management (IAM), IT resilience (DRP & crisis management), cloud security, secure development best practices.

»  Language – fluent in English both written and spoken.

Skills Required

  • Significant cybersecurity experience (5+ years)
  • Good knowledge of at least two domains: IT security operations (incident & vulnerability management), IAM, IT resilience (DRP & crisis management), cloud security, or secure development best practices
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Project management skills and ability to propose organizational/technical solutions
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage several parallel work streams, and influence stakeholders
