The Chief Security Office (CSO) comprises the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) and the Corporate Security unit. The CISO organization guarantees information security for Deutsche Bank. To do this, we provide the Information Security teams with solutions through implementing different projects to support their operations and automate their processes. Furthermore, our team monitors and ensures the compliance of CSO application to DB policies on a engineering and solution level
In the Threat Response engineering team, we are looking for a skilled Security Monitoring Software Engineer. The successful candidate would be responsible for the maintaining and supporting the Threat Response Case Management platform, perform enhancements and take responsibility for the SDLC of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and optimize the existing Threat Response Case Management solution
- Plan, design and develop the feature request coming from Security Ops and other Engineering functions related to Response and Case management functionalities
- Manage and fine-tune implementations on the backend database layer
- Collaborate and engineer the CICD pipelines to ensure secure deployments
- Collaborate with stakeholders and audit functions to resolve ad-hoc queries and respond and evaluate the resolutions and mitigations that need to be implemented.
Skills
- 5-8 years of experience in developing end-end solutions with a focus on backend database development in MS SQL and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and maintenance of database stored procedures.
- Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices (virtualization, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring)
- Experience in working on enterprise-grade applications with a focus on security and compliance, with a focus on Security
- Good understanding of API to. API communication, Rest API development and integrations with Security Monitoring tools (SIEM layer integration, SOAR layer integrations) with PHP development
