Job Description

As a Cyber Security Services Sales Executive (CSSE), you will engage with some of the world's largest manufacturers, guiding them through their cyber security and digital transformation journey. You will partner with IT and OT leaders to provide advanced security solutions and services while driving strategic sales projects across the EMEA region.

You will be part of the EMEA Secure Digital Operations (SDO) team, reporting to the Sales Director, Cybersecurity Services.

You will work in a hybrid model based in Poland, Czech Republic, or Germany.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Increase revenue by achieving SDO sales targets across cybersecurity solutions, industrial infrastructure, virtualization, and managed services within assigned territories.
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles, including opportunity development, negotiation, and closure with executive-level customer partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, technical experts, departments, and partners) to develop proposals, including scope, costing, and contract requirements.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline and accurate forecasts, leveraging CRM tools and structured sales processes.
  • Develop strategic account plans while providing market insights, competitive analysis, and contributing to long-term growth strategies.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum 8 years of consultative sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling cybersecurity, networking, infrastructure, or industrial digital/automation solutions.
  • Ability to engage C-level stakeholders and lead complex sales pursuits.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity standards such as ISO 27001 and IEC 62443.
  • Experience in industries like manufacturing, automation, or engineering services.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% across the assigned region (DACH, Poland, Czech Republic).
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity or industrial technology sales.
  • Experience selling OT security solutions, OT SOC services, or penetration testing services.
  • Strong understanding of IT/OT convergence, industrial networks, and virtualization technologies.
  • Experience building and managing strategic partnerships with vendors and system integrators.
  • Proven success in multi-country territory management and enterprise account penetration.
