Position Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Security PCI Compliance Manager to oversee and manage the Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance program within our retail organization. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience running PCI compliance programs in a retail setting, along with a strong background in cyber security, project management, and team leadership. This position offers high visibility and the opportunity to collaborate across departments to drive compliance and security initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and execution of the PCI compliance program, ensuring adherence to PCI DSS standards across the organization.
- Develop, execute, and report on control testing to ensure compliance and effectiveness of security controls.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Directors, VPs, and other senior leaders, to ensure alignment on compliance objectives, risks, and mitigation strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of cyber security professionals, fostering development and growth while ensuring the team meets compliance goals.
- Communicate complex compliance and security issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and reporting for PCI DSS compliance, and ensure they remain up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist in managing large-scale QSA (Qualified Security Assessor) assessments, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up on audit results.
Preferred Certifications:
- ISA (Internal Security Assessor) certification.
- QSA (Qualified Security Assessor) certification.
- CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or CISSA (Certified Information Systems Security Auditor) preferred.

- No travel required.
Physical Requirements:
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of previous leadership experience
Minimum Education:
- The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
