Cybersecurity PCI Compliance Manager (Remote)

Position Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Security PCI Compliance Manager to oversee and manage the Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance program within our retail organization. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience running PCI compliance programs in a retail setting, along with a strong background in cyber security, project management, and team leadership. This position offers high visibility and the opportunity to collaborate across departments to drive compliance and security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and execution of the PCI compliance program, ensuring adherence to PCI DSS standards across the organization.
• Develop, execute, and report on control testing to ensure compliance and effectiveness of security controls.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Directors, VPs, and other senior leaders, to ensure alignment on compliance objectives, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Lead and mentor a team of cyber security professionals, fostering development and growth while ensuring the team meets compliance goals.
• Communicate complex compliance and security issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including policies, procedures, and reporting for PCI DSS compliance, and ensure they remain up-to-date and accurate.
• Assist in managing large-scale QSA (Qualified Security Assessor) assessments, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up on audit results.

Preferred Certifications:

• ISA (Internal Security Assessor) certification.
• QSA (Qualified Security Assessor) certification.
• CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or CISSA (Certified Information Systems Security Auditor) preferred.

• This position typically reports to Sr. Manager or Director
• This position has 6-10 Direct Reports

Travel Requirements:

• No travel required.

Physical Requirements:

• Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Working Conditions:

• Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of previous leadership experience

Minimum Education:

• The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

The pay range for this position is between $170,000 - $240,000
