The opportunity

We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with Incident Response, Detection Engineering, and Security Operations teams to solve operational challenges, improve processes, and drive strategic initiatives that enhance our cybersecurity capabilities.

In this role, you will help shape the future of our SOC by driving maturity improvements, enabling data-driven decision making, and supporting the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI-powered solutions.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Security Operations Partnership: Partner closely with Incident Response, Detection Engineering, and SOC teams to understand operational challenges and drive meaningful improvements.

  • SOC Maturity & Transformation: Lead initiatives that improve SOC effectiveness, operational processes, automation capabilities, and overall cybersecurity maturity.

  • AI & Innovation: Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and data-driven approaches to improve analyst efficiency and security outcomes.

  • Service Development: Support the SOC Service Manager in developing services, improving service delivery, and implementing strategic improvements across the organization.

  • Program Leadership: Coordinate complex cross-functional initiatives across cybersecurity, IT, and OT teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities and successful execution.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across technical and business teams, translating operational needs into actionable initiatives and maintaining clear communication throughout project lifecycles.

Your background:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity,  IT operations, security operations, incident response, project/program management, or a related field.

  • Security knowledge: Previous experience working with security teams or a strong desire to develop in this field.

  • Collaboration: Experience working in a global organization is beneficial. Comfortable working with remote teams across multiple time zones.

  • Project management: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects involving diverse teams.

  • Soft & language skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled in both written and verbal communication. Fluency in English is required.

  • Tools & methodologies: Familiarity with agile frameworks and project management tools.

  • Personal attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and driven, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
