About the Role:

Strategic management of assigned Master Agent and Partners which includes sales, marketing, training and event participation to increase sales volume of products and services offered from Kinetic Business. Support Channel Management team with partner development activities which in turn results in increased sales from the partner. Cultivate partner leads from attending events and being an evangelist for Kinetic and articulating how we are different in the marketplace and target markets to sell our services into.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for defining and executing the overall strategy of the Kinetic Business Partner Program
  • Create and grow relationships with assigned Master Agents
  • Strategize with marketing team on campaigns and collateral needed for partners
  • Develop content and present Kinetic Business product line to Master Agents and Partners
  • Organize and Attend events to recruit and enable partners.
  • Recruit, Train, and Manage partners in emerging markets to sell our fiber assets and strategic product set
  • Conduct market specific trainings, event management, and prospect appointments
  • Hit and exceed assigned monthly sales quota in new strategic revenue and on-net sales
  • Ability to travel 25-30% of the time

Channel integration program estimated production:

0-6 months: $25k/mo.

6-12 months: $50k/mo.

12-18 months: $75k/mo.

18+months: $100k/mo.

Minimum Requirements:

College degree and 10 years professional level experience; or 14 years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.
