We are looking for a talented System Performance Integration Engineer to join our team specializing in Engineering for our Engine Business Unit based in Jamestown, NY.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Responsible for leading individual projects for warranty reduction and/or customer feature improvements that will drive customer satisfaction and grow market share.
- Typical projects include any combination of emissions assessments, on-board diagnostics, and engine calibration tuning all within accordance to Cummins/government regulations and requirements.
- Validate solution in accordance with Cummins standard processes and procedures for effectiveness
- Responsible for annual on-board diagnostic (OBD) reporting
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- University/College degree required
- 2 years relevant work history
- Knowledge of MATLAB (or similar tool) is preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
