Summary
Working fully onsite at our Tulsa manufacturing center, the Software Duplication Technician is responsible for burning software and performing light repairs on EGM's and other related assemblies. The successful candidate will contribute meaningfully while gaining exposure to all facets of Aristocrat's global business. Your role will see you grow as a gaming industry professional. You will influence the core, enabling technology on which thousands of slot machines are built each year. You will meet great people and build a foundational understanding of the vast, complex, regulated environment in which we thrive.
This has been designated as a safety-sensitive job because it involves performing one or more tasks/duties that could reasonably affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task(s) or others.
What You'll Do• Repairs damaged or non-working Electronic Gaming Machines (EGM) or other related assemblies• Troubleshoots assemblies with minimal delay applies skill sets and knowledge to complete tasks. Provides data as required by management.• Performs programming and flashing of various media onto EPROMS, compact flash cards, hard drives and USB sticks. Loads media content onto hard drives via flash devices.• Performs software burning with the use of various duplication devices and system devices. Ensures software is compliant with all state regulatory requirements to prevent the shipment of an EGM that does not meet state jurisdictional requirements. Returns non-conforming materials via the Non-Conforming Material Process. Performs other duties as assigned.• Performs day-to-day housekeeping tasks as assigned by Management. Adheres to Aristocrat Technologies, Inc. employee handbook guidelines. All employees are responsible for their personal safety and the safety of others.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or its equivalent required.
• Associates Degree in Electronics or its equivalent preferred.
• Experience with the following programs: Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Outlook preferred
• Experience with D365 ERP systems, preferred
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Must be qualified, or able to become qualified, in all ATI productions build requirements
• Must be a highly responsible, detail oriented individual with an understanding of, and sensitivity to the regulatory implications of the gaming industry
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and be team oriented.

This position may require registration with the Nevada Gaming Control Board (NGCB) and/or other gaming jurisdictions in which we operate.

Pay Rate Type: Hourly
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
