Information Security Specialist I

Hybrid/100% Remote Flexibility

Summary:

• Test systems in the effort to ensure the security, integrity, and availability of ATS assets and information. Conduct forensic analysis, data recovery and other investigative work as needed. Work with team members across the company to ensure policies are effectively executed and enforced.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct computer forensic analysis, data recovery, eDiscovery, and other IT investigative work.
• Expertly utilize ATS information security tools.
• Initiate the investigation and resolution of security incidents.
• security of ATS assets and information.
• Research, assess, and implement security solutions.
• Audit ATS processes, procedures and baselines to ensure the
• Participate in the discovery of security vulnerabilities within the ATS environment.
• Use appropriate methods of protecting original evidence and recovering deleted, erased, hidden and encrypted data.
• Ensure appropriate logging levels on all systems.
• Audit the ATS 3rd party/vendor management program.
• Expertly communicate relevant security issues and risks to all ATS divisions, departments, or other teams as needed.

Qualifications:

• Associates in Computer Science or equivalent
• 2 years of information security experience
• KnowBe4, MS InTune, Cisco AMP experience preferred
• Security+ required
• CCSP, SSCP or CAP preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to react to high-pressure dynamic changing environments
• Ability to develop and train security concepts
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Technical expertise in industry-standard information security tools.
• Ability to follow industry best practices and standards in digital forensics and evidence acquisition.
• Understanding of organizational mission, values, and goals and consistent application of this knowledge within information security.
