IT Engineer

Job Description
The IT engineer will manage the day-to-day operations and help support a rapidly growing organization. As an IT support engineer, you enjoy learning and supporting the latest technologies. You enjoy using technology, but you also want to secure that technology to reduce risk to the organization. Default configurations are your worst nightmare, and unpatched systems make you shiver, but you have the know-how and appetite to handle even the most difficult circumstances!
Requirements
- Detailed oriented, excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in a technical support role
- Ability to manage concurrent projects while adapting to rapidly changing priorities
- Asset management and tracking experience
- SaaS application administration experience
- macOS support and administration
- BS degree or equivalent work experience
Nice to have
- Experience working in a startup / fast-paced environment a plus
- WiFi support experience
- Zoom Audio-video support
- Enterprise patch management
