About the Job
We are looking for an IT Administrator to join our growing team. Sundae is a great opportunity for candidates who have amazing aptitude to solve technical problems, and who enjoy collaboration and helping others. We are primarily an Apple shop, with a handful of PC users. You will work with our People and Technology teams to create a great employee experience from an IT perspective.
You will also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users. Your goal will ultimately be to help ensure that our corporate IT infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
- Respond to requests and document tickets
- Perform user account audits across a variety of SaaS tools
- Manage distribution and access to software and hardware
- Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues
- Develop expertise to assist staff with new technologies
Skills
- Administration of SaaS applications GSuite, Zoom, Freshservice, Slack, 1Password, Endpoint Protection, and MDM
- Willingness to work well as part of the team or independently as the lead on projects
- Detail Oriented
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude
- Excellent communication skills
Experience
- 1+ years experience in an IT Support role
- 1+ years of experience administering macOS preferred, Windows, iOS/Android Hardware
- 1+ years of experience with an MDM solution
- 1+ years experience in administration of AV/Malware Tools
- 1+ years of experience with Cloud Directory services
- Pacific Standard Time Zone is preferred
