The Amplify Business Operations team is looking for an experienced Administrator, Business Process Management (BPM). This role is responsible for monitoring reports to ensure physical material orders process within established SLAs, maintaining the roadmap of projects in the pipeline, as well as monitoring completed projects to ensure projects continue to deliver the expected value. The Administrator, BPM is also responsible for key communications and training materials in support of the project. This role will work closely with the project team and collaborators to monitor and drive project success.
Responsibilities of the Administrator, BPM:

  • Monitor reports and dashboards of open orders; resolve issues or escalate to the appropriate teams for resolution.
  • Collaborate with BPM Analysts and project sponsors to realize expected project outcomes and monitor processes and statistics to ensure on-going project success
  • Partner with the BPM Director and other key stakeholders to manage the roadmap of projects in the pipeline.
  • Draft and distribute key project communications such as: training materials, slide decks for internal demonstrations, and process library.
  • Assist with creating flow charts, writing user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria and test scenarios


Basic Requirements of the Administrator, BPM:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Familiarity with the Lean Six Sigma methodology and toolset
  • 2+ years Business Process Management experience
  • 3+ years experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite tools such as Word/Docs, Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience


Preferred Qualifications of the Administrator, BPM:

  • Experience working in the education technology field
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt)
  • Familiarity with data structures and reporting: Salesforce and/or NetSuite
  • Experience with Visio or other flowcharting tools
