About the OpportunityWelcome to the Digital Team at Airbus India! Our teams in Bangalore build the systems and competencies enabling Airbus to "Pioneer sustainable aerospace." This internship is part of our Early Careers Program, which selects the brightest minds to join specialized domains.
Upon successful onboarding, you will join the Digital Cybersecurity Team. We seek curious, passionate individuals eager to learn and ready to contribute to innovative security measures.
Your Contribution & ResponsibilitiesYou will work within an Agile environment and contribute to real-world cybersecurity initiatives.
Cybersecurity Support: Participate in activities related to security operations, compliance, risk management, or security solution maintenance.
Incident Analysis: Support root cause analysis for critical security incidents and assist with trend analysis for proactive defense measures.
Knowledge Sharing: Write and update knowledge management articles related to cybersecurity processes and tools.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improvement initiatives focused on enhancing security posture and operational efficiency.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively within a globally distributed team, embracing a "speak up" culture.
Education: Engineering graduate (B.E/B.TECH) or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Foundational Knowledge: Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn concepts in Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Networking, and SAP Security.
Skills: Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset to diagnose and address technical issues.
Work Style: Proactive way of working, with the ability to learn technical and functional areas quickly.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a keen interest in learning about business processes and Agile methodologies.
Success will be measured by your ability to learn quickly and effectively contribute, specifically through:
Timeliness & Quality: Consistent on-time delivery and high-quality contribution to assigned tasks and features.
Problem Solving: Effectiveness in supporting the resolution of security incidents and requests.
Integration: Successful integration into the team and active participation in knowledge sharing and training sessions.
