We're looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer to join Implement IT and take a leading role in how we build, maintain, and mature our security posture across endpoints, identity, and infrastructure.
What you'll do
This is a hands-on engineering role. You'll work across the full security stack – from endpoint hardening and identity controls to monitoring and incident response – in a Microsoft 365, Azure, macOS, and Jamf environment.
In this role, you'll own:
Endpoint security and management
- Configure and maintain macOS and Windows endpoint security policies using Jamf Pro and Intune, including hardening, compliance baselines, and CIS alignment
- Implement and tune DLP controls at endpoint level, including Microsoft Purview integration with Jamf
- Manage our Jamf environment and provide second-level support for macOS device onboarding
Identity and access
- Administer Entra ID conditional access policies, including advanced controls
Security monitoring and response
- Integrate endpoint telemetry into Sentinel
- Participate in incident response, including containment actions at endpoint and identity layer
Vulnerability and compliance
- Drive patch compliance and vulnerability remediation across the managed device fleet
- Maintain and evidence compliance posture
Server and infrastructure security
- Harden Windows and Linux servers to defined baselines and enforce policy across the server estate
- Enforce least-privilege and account hygiene on server systems
Across all of this, you'll translate security requirements into technical controls – not just keep the lights on, but execute on the security roadmap and document what you build.
What you'll bring
We're looking for someone with solid hands-on experience in IT security within a Microsoft 365 and Azure environment, as well as macOS and Jamf. You're curious by nature, take initiative, and are as comfortable working independently as you are collaborating with the broader IT team.
Since our corporate language is English, fluency in written and spoken English is a given – but for this role, you must also be fluent in Danish.
What we offer
You'll join a skilled and tight-knit IT team with a strong focus on security, in an organisation that values autonomy, ambition, and genuine collaboration.
At Implement, there are few rules and guidelines – and that's on purpose. We're a firm that takes both people and craft seriously. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to shape something that genuinely matters to how Implement operates.
