- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field with 4-12+ years of experience
- Advanced certifications required: CISSP, CEH, or equivalent IAM Level II certification
- Demonstrated experience implementing security controls, conducting vulnerability assessments, and analyzing security incidents
- Experience with security frameworks (NIST 800-53, ICD 503, FISMA) and security assessment tools
- Capable of independently managing cybersecurity responsibilities for moderate complexity systems
- Experience with security automation and SIEM tools
