JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a Digital Engineer & Factory Cyber Security Champion to protect our Operational Technology (OT) and industrial control environments while leading secure digital transformation. The role combines OT/ICS cybersecurity, industrial digitalization, data acquisition, and analytics dashboarding to enhance factory reliability, resilience, and performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install, configure and maintain OT cybersecurity controls including Anti-Virus/Anti Malware, Patch Management, Access Control, Logging & Threat Detection.
- Ensure full compliance with Factory Security Standards and deploy cybersecurity solutions as designed.
- Support cyber incident response, including diagnosing complex ICS cybersecurity issues.
- Administer and secure factory servers, switches, firewalls, and OT security systems.
- Produce and maintain network diagrams, documentation, and OT/ICS architecture records.
- Promote secure behaviors and help build OT cybersecurity capability across the factory.
- Maintain awareness of cyber threats and vulnerabilities specific to manufacturing.
- Work with industrial communication protocols (TCP/IP, Profinet) and network devices (switches, routers, firewalls).
- Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Security and external suppliers on digital and automation projects.
- Build and maintain Azure-based data pipelines, REST APIs and integration workflows.
- Ensure quality, freshness, and correctness of data across multiple sources.
- Build clear and actionable Power BI dashboards for operational decision-making.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Control or Computer Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles in industrial environment.
- High level of English required (Min C1 or equivalent)
Technical skills:
- Experience installing and managing OT/ICS security controls (firewalls, AV/AM, IDS/IPS, patching, access control, logging, monitoring, asset management).
- Ability to troubleshoot cyber issues in industrial control systems and support incident response.
- Strong understanding of industrial network topology and secure configuration of switches, routers, firewalls.
- Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities in manufacturing environments.
- Ability to create and maintain network diagrams and OT documentation.
- Skilled in SQL, Python, and cloud data engineering (Azure preferred).
- Experience building Power BI dashboards.
- Experience with data acquisition systems (sensors, IoT devices, APIs).
