The Cybersecurity Compliance & Readiness Manager leads client engagements focused on cybersecurity and regulatory readiness across regulated commercial, defense, and federal‑adjacent environments. This role oversees compliance readiness efforts spanning FedRAMP and FISMA applicability, CMMC readiness, and IT General Controls (ITGC) design and assessment.

The Manager is accountable for engagement delivery, team leadership, client stakeholder management, and the development of scalable cybersecurity compliance advisory capabilities.

What You Will Do:
  • Lead cybersecurity and compliance readiness engagements across regulated commercial, defense, and federal‑adjacent clients
  • Oversee FedRAMP and FISMA applicability and readiness assessments
  • Manage CMMC readiness engagements for Defense Industrial Base (DIB) organizations
  • Direct ITGC readiness and control‑design efforts for financial services and other regulated entities
  • Translate cybersecurity and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST 800‑53, NIST 800‑171, CMMC, ITGC) into actionable, client‑specific guidance
  • Manage and mentor Senior Consultants and Consultants across multiple engagements
  • Serve as primary client point of contact; manage scope, risks, and delivery quality
  • Review assessment deliverables, executive briefings, and remediation roadmaps
  • Support proposal development and scaling of cybersecurity compliance advisory services
What You Will Need:
  • Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience in cybersecurity, technology risk, or compliance advisory services
  • Demonstrated experience with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance programs (e.g., NIST 800‑53, NIST 800‑171, CMMC, ITGC)
  • Experience leading assessment‑based or advisory engagements and managing delivery teams
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity controls, governance, and risk management practices
  • Prior consulting experience preferred
What Would Be Nice to Have:
  • Prior experience working with or for a FedRAMP Third Party Assessment Organization (3PAO), or supporting FedRAMP security assessments or authorization activities
