- Provide support, guidance, and advice on cybersecurity topics aligned with organization’s needs.
- Act as a local cybersecurity interface for business, IT, and cybersecurity stakeholders.
- Support IT compliance operations and act as a first escalation contact when applicable.
- Assist Cybersecurity Officer in Cybersecurity Asset Protection (CAP), identifying business-critical assets, and local assurance and compliance activities.
- Contribute to implementing cybersecurity directives, instructions, and guidelines under the CYSMS.
- Respond to and follow up on Information Security reports, findings, and required actions.
- Participate in global Cybersecurity / Information Security communities.
Supplier & Third‑Party Cybersecurity
- Support supplier and third-party cybersecurity assessments including security questionnaires, evidence collection, and remediation follow-ups.
- Serve as a local cybersecurity contact for procurement and supplier onboarding.
- Support compliance with third-party cybersecurity and data protection requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Internal IT teams to drive the implementation of cybersecurity controls.
- Support vulnerability remediation and hardening activities.
- Embed cybersecurity requirements into IT operations and projects.
- Assist in incident and vulnerability handling in coordination with IT & Cybersecurity Officer.
- Ensure cybersecurity requirements are operationalized beyond documentation.
- Support internal and external audits such as ISO 27001, customer audits, and regulatory reviews.
- Track and aid in closing cybersecurity findings and improvement actions.
- Support maturity assessments and continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Required QualificationsEducation
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience in cybersecurity, information security, IT compliance, or IT operations.
- Exposure to IT systems, applications, infrastructure, or cloud environments.
- Experience working with suppliers or third parties in IT or security contexts.
- Advantageous to have experience supporting assessments, audits, controls, or remediation activities.
- 5+ Years of relevant work experience.
- Cybersecurity Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory)
- ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation or Internal Auditor.
- CompTIA Security+.
- Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) or equivalent cloud-security certification.
- Third-party/supplier risk or audit-related certifications considered an advantage.
- Strong interest and passion for cybersecurity.
- Ability to work effectively at the intersection of business, IT, and security.
- Practical, execution-oriented mindset.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Capability to act as a trusted local contact and escalation point.
