Your OpportunityAs a Cybersecurity Analyst within the Monitoring & Incident Response team, you will lead and support strategic cybersecurity initiatives while partnering with global stakeholders across multiple business and technology domains. You will help drive security best practices, contribute to complex security programs, and support the continuous evolution of Roche’s cybersecurity capabilities.
In this role, you will:
Lead and contribute to cybersecurity initiatives and strategic programs across global and cross-functional environments
Provide expert guidance and advisory support on complex cybersecurity challenges, incident response activities, and security-related risk considerations
Partner with stakeholders across Informatics and business teams to align cybersecurity priorities with organizational objectives
Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of security processes, standards, and best practices
Analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and recommend effective and scalable security solutions
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment, decision-making, and execution across initiatives
Mentor and support team members while contributing to a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and operational excellence
Stay informed on industry trends, emerging threats, and evolving cybersecurity practices to help strengthen Roche’s overall security posture
You are a strategic and collaborative cybersecurity professional who is comfortable navigating complex environments, influencing stakeholders, and balancing technical depth with business impact. You are able to work effectively across global teams while bringing a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
You bring:
A Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable university
At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, incident response, or related cybersecurity domains within complex enterprise environments
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and global teams in matrix organizations
Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, security frameworks, risk management, and enterprise security practices
The ability to analyze complex technical and business problems and translate them into actionable solutions
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships
Experience contributing to large-scale initiatives, process improvements, or transformation programs within cybersecurity or technology organizations
A continuous learning mindset with interest in emerging technologies, cybersecurity trends, and innovation
