Who are we looking for?
As a Cybersecurity Analyst Intern in the Managed Detection and Response team (recognized as 'The Fastest MDR on the Planet' based on MTTR), you will play an important role in supporting SentinelOne’s customers while triaging and analysing customer security alerts. Through this role, you’ll work with experienced Analysts and Investigators, get exposure to the cybersecurity industry and expand your skillset through a wide variety of experiences, analyzing and responding to SentinelOne native alerts/threats as they occur in real-time. What will you do?
- Provide customer support and service to our security services clients:
- Follow documented procedures to properly triage and respond to identified malicious activity, such as escalation or remediation actions.
- Communicate and collaborate with customers through the lifecycle of all escalated security investigations.
- Assist experienced Analysts and Investigators during Critical security incidents.
- Participate in internal training (focusing on SentinelOne products).
- Participate in internal projects.
What skills and knowledge should you bring?
- The position is best suited for students currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date in 2025.
- Interest in diving into cybersecurity industry.
- Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, adapt to changing environment, and possess strong analytical skills.
- Perfect communication skills, as you will work in English-speaking environment and collaborate with multiple engineering, threat intelligence, cybersecurity research teams
