About Yokogawa

At Yokogawa, we co-innovate tomorrow by combining industrial technology with human insight — helping customers operate safely, efficiently, and sustainably in an increasingly connected world.

🔐 When everything is connected, security becomes trust.

Industrial systems are no longer isolated. They are digital, global, and business-critical.

That’s why information security at Yokogawa is not just about controls and compliance — it’s about enabling safe progress.

As a Regional & Global Information Security Specialist, you help protect what matters most: our people, our data, and the systems that keep industries running. You work across regions and functions, advising on security risks, guiding incident response, and shaping secure architectures in line with ISO, NIS2, and regulatory frameworks.

You sit at the intersection of technology, risk, and decision-making — translating complex cyber threats into clear actions that allow the business to move forward with confidence.

This role is for someone who:

  • Thinks ahead, not just reacts
  • Communicates security in a way others understand
  • Balances compliance with real-world impact
  • Believes security should enable innovation, not block it

🧠 What we’re looking for

You bring a strong foundation in information security and the confidence to advise at multiple levels of the organization.

Your background includes:

  • Solid experience in information security, cybersecurity, or IT risk
  • Knowledge of network security, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and cloud environments (AWS and/or Azure)
  • Experience with incident response, vulnerability management, and threat analysis
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and NIS2
  • Experience supporting audits, governance, and ISMS activities
  • Ability to perform or support risk assessments (e.g. FMEA)

You are someone who:

  • Can explain technical risks clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Remains structured and decisive during security incidents
  • Works comfortably in an international, matrix environment
  • Stays curious and continuously develops security knowledge

Certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CISSP are an advantage.

🌱 Why Yokogawa?

Because here, your expertise contributes to more than systems — it supports safe operations, long-term sustainability, and trust across global industries.

Yokogawa is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to a fair, inclusive, and accessible recruitment process for all candidates.
