We are seeking a Cyber Security Awareness & Training Specialist who will be responsible for supporting, developing, organizing, delivering, and continuously improving the Company's Cyber Security Awareness and Training Program across all business entities and international locations. The role promotes a strong security culture by educating employees on cybersecurity best practices through onboarding sessions, periodic training, awareness campaigns, learning platform administration, and knowledge assessments. The Specialist contributes to reducing human cyber risk by improving employees' cybersecurity awareness, knowledge, and secure working behaviors. The position works closely with Corporate Security, Information Technology, Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, and business leadership to ensure awareness activities support organizational objectives, company policies, and evolving cyber threats.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cybersecurity onboarding training for newly hired employees.
  • Organize and deliver mandatory periodic cybersecurity awareness training.
  • Conduct instructor-led and virtual training sessions for employees across multiple international offices and remote locations.
  • Promote cyber hygiene and secure working practices throughout the organization.
  • Update, and maintain cybersecurity training materials, presentations, e-learning content, videos, quizzes, and reference guides.
  • Upload, organize, and maintain learning content within the Company's Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Continuously improve training materials based on emerging cyber threats, internal incidents, policy updates, and organizational needs.
  • Prepare awareness communications covering cybersecurity topics, including phishing, ransomware, password security, social engineering, data protection, insider threats, AI security, and secure remote work.
  • Support company-wide cybersecurity awareness campaigns and initiatives.
  • Promote employee engagement in cybersecurity awareness activities.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • 0–2 years of experience in cybersecurity awareness, IT security, learning & development, training, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in cyber security or currently finishing studies, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good understanding of: cyber hygiene, phishing, social engineering, password security, data protection and common cybersecurity risks.
  • Experience working with online learning or training platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical topics in a simple and practical way.
