About the Client: Industry leading provider of software and AI solutions for the temporary staffing, cleaning services and personal security industries.
 Your profile:
  • 10+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 3 years in a Lead QA, QA Architect, or similar role,
  • practical experience using AI-powered assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) to improve productivity, quality, or decision-making in software delivery.
  • hands-on experience designing and building frontend test automation frameworks from scratch using Playwright or Selenium,
  • proven experience creating backend test automation frameworks from scratch, preferably using RestSharp,
  • practical knowledge of designing and configuring CI/CD pipelines in tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab,
  • experience with Consumer-Driven Contract Testing using tools like Pact,
  • good understanding of cloud environments, particularly AWS or Azure (experience with both is highly valued),
  • solid knowledge of Git, including the ability to define and recommend branching strategies,
  • strong programming skills in C#, with willingness to work with or learn additional languages such as TypeScript, Python, or Java,
  • experience creating Proofs of Concept (PoCs) for test automation frameworks, evaluating different solutions, and presenting recommendations to customers,
  • ability to define comprehensive test strategies for projects and establish quality policies at the customer level,
  • experience conducting QA assessments, identifying process improvements, and driving quality initiatives,
  • strong estimation skills covering testing activities throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle,
  • previous experience mentoring and supporting other QA engineers,
  • good understanding of software architecture patterns and their impact on testing approaches,
  • experience designing test strategies and working in Agile development environments,
  • comfortable working in an AI-native engineering environment, using Specification-Driven Development (SDD) frameworks such as OpenSpec to structure requirements, implementation plans, validation, and traceability,
  • excellent organizational and time management skills,
  • willingness to travel when required,
  • professional English proficiency (B2 or higher).


You will be:

  • designing end-to-end test strategies for new projects, covering manual and automated testing, functional and non-functional testing, and all testing levels,
  • selecting the most suitable test automation tools, creating Proofs of Concept (PoCs), and presenting recommendations with the pros and cons of different solutions,
  • setting up test automation frameworks from scratch, implementing testing processes, writing automated tests, leading QA activities, and preparing test estimations,
  • conducting QA assessments for existing projects by reviewing test processes, automation frameworks, and overall quality practices, preparing reports, presenting findings to project teams, and recommending improvements,
  • collaborating with development teams and stakeholders to establish effective and scalable quality assurance practices,
  • mentoring and supporting other QA Engineers in their professional development,
  • researching emerging testing technologies and approaches, creating PoCs, and sharing knowledge across the organization,
  • collaborating with QA Engineers and Architects across international teams to exchange best practices and drive quality initiatives,
  • identifying opportunities to improve Quality Engineering standards, processes, and tooling across the organization,
  • supporting QA Engineers working on different customer projects with technical expertise and guidance,
  • contributing to presales activities by providing QA expertise, preparing estimations, gathering and analyzing customer requirements, and representing the QA discipline during customer discussions.




Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

Nice to have:
  • experience applying GenAI in a more structured way within the SDLC, including defined workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations embedded into daily work,

  • interest in and familiarity with emerging AI-driven practices (e.g. agent-based workflows, automation patterns, AI-augmented development), with a willingness to explore and experiment beyond standard approaches,

  • German language skills.

Skills Required

  • At least 10 years of experience in QA and 3 years in a similar role
  • Design and set up frontend test framework (Playwright or Selenium)
  • Design and set up backend test framework (RestSharp)
  • Design and configure CI/CD pipeline in at least one tool (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab)
  • Familiarity with consumer-driven contract testing (Pact)
  • Familiarity with cloud (AWS or Azure, preferably both)
  • Proficient with Git and able to propose branching strategies
  • Proficient in C#
  • Willingness to learn additional languages (TypeScript, Python, Java)
  • Experience creating PoCs of test frameworks, comparing tools, and presenting to customers
  • Ability to design test strategy and test policy for projects/customers
