Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for technical sales of Cyber Security Pillar of AUEN Digital Solution within Asia in line with Global strategy. Prime responsibilities include Identifying and develop sales opportunities, build long term customer relationships, manage resolution to specific customer needs , issues & strive in achieving the Ops Plan for Cyber Security Pillar. Candidate will play a critical role in bridging the gap between automation solution architects and cybersecurity requirements It also includes support sales of cybersecurity solutions to O&G, Chemicals, Power and Water industry verticals by understanding their security needs and offering suitable products or services.

You will be mainly accountable for:
Serving as a cybersecurity solutions lead, leveraging deep expertise in ABB’s cybersecurity portfolio, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, encryption, identity/access management, and digital security services.
Assessing client cybersecurity environments, identify risks and vulnerabilities, and define tailored protection strategies aligned with business and operational requirements.
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through ongoing engagement, responsive support, and trusted advisory services throughout the solution lifecycle.
Collaborating with technical, sales, and bid teams to design, demonstrate, propose, and implement customized cybersecurity solutions that meet customer needs and compliance requirements.
Driving the cybersecurity sales pipeline by developing winning proposals, identifying new market opportunities, tracking performance, maintaining forecasts, and sharing market intelligence.
Defining and executing the digital cybersecurity roadmap, acting as the key liaison between global cyber teams, industry stakeholders, and local clients while promoting cross-functional collaboration.
Ensuring cybersecurity solutions for offshore and industrial environments (FPSO, FSO, FPU, DCS, SIS, PMS, and related systems) are compliant with standards such as IEC 62443, NIST, and IACS UR E26/E27, while supporting budget, project, and operational management activities.
Qualifications for the role
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Proven experience in enterprise-level organizations, with a strong track record of successfully selling innovative and emerging software solutions.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets through cybersecurity consulting, software solution sales, or related technology services.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including IEC 62443 and NIST, as well as offshore and maritime cybersecurity regulations such as IACS UR E26/E27 and classification society requirements, with the ability to incorporate compliance considerations into solution design and customer engagements.
Working knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and platforms, including SIEM, intrusion detection and prevention systems (IDS/IPS), anomaly detection, and related security tools.
Strong understanding of industry-specific cybersecurity challenges and customer requirements across industrial and critical infrastructure sectors.
Experience building, leading, and coordinating cross-functional pursuit teams to develop and deliver complex customer solutions.
Good understanding of SaaS and PaaS commercial models, including subscription-based and recurring revenue business approaches.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries, fostering strong relationships with internal stakeholders, partners, and customers to achieve business objectives.
