Responsible for assessing security implications of emerging technologies, telecom evolutions, infrastructure deployments, and novel attack techniques. Produces actionable security advisories that guide engineering, operations, and leadership toward secure adoption.
- Emerging Technology Security Assessment – Assess security risks across 5G, Cloud, Edge, Open RAN, AI-driven networks, FWA, VoNR/VoLTE, VoIP, WebRTC, and future telecom technologies.
- Architecture & Systemic Risk Assessment – Identify security gaps, architectural risks, attack surfaces, dependencies, and potential blast radius arising from new technology and network transformations.
- Security Advisory Development – Develop structured, actionable advisories covering telecom technologies, data centers, IP transport, virtualization, network exposure, and emerging infrastructure.
- Threat & Attack Intelligence Translation – Analyze emerging attack techniques and threat intelligence, translating them into practical defensive controls, recommendations, and risk mitigations.
- Data Center & Infrastructure Security – Provide security guidance for new DC builds, expansions, and modernization, including segmentation, control planes, resilience, physical-logical convergence, and infrastructure protection.
- Risk-Based Recommendations – Define threat scenarios, likelihood, business impact/blast radius, mitigation strategies, and residual risks to support informed technology adoption decisions.
- Cross-Functional Security Influence – Partner with Architecture, Engineering, SOC, and Leadership teams to communicate risks effectively and drive adoption of security recommendations across the organization.
