Cyber Scrum Master

Dark Wolf Solutions is looking for a Cyber Scrum Master who will be responsible for successful delivery of security solutions to a government customer; and manage performance of tasks and projects as part of a scaled agile environment working closely with the ISSM. Manage and integrate activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensure sprints and deliverables are met. Assist in establishing, sustaining, and improving team priorities, ceremonies, documentation, and reporting metrics. Build rapport with the customer, leadership, and team while guiding and coaching Scrum Teams in using Agile Methodology and Scrum practices. This position is located in Huntsville, AL. 
 Key Responsibilities:

• Work in a fast-paced environment that builds cloud-based and air gapped DevSecOps security and products to a space development customer
• Understanding of RMF and Cyber security development best practices
• Support the team by displaying an authentic understanding and concern for a team member’s technical capabilities and roadblocks
• Focus on the needs of team members and serve with the goal of achieving results in line with the organization’s values, principles, and business objectives
• Support the personal development of team members, helping them gain a continuous learning mindset
• Guide the team to find solutions to their problems independently instead of being given the answers
• Understand and educate the team on methods beyond Scrum, such as SAFe, Team Kanban, Flow, Built-in Quality, and more

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience submitting RMF packages (eMASS)
• Experience deploying and maintaining Cyber solutions (ACAS, ESS, AWS/C1 security)
• Experience scheduling and facilitating scrum events, meetings, decision-making process, and help resolve conflicts and issues
• Experience with monitoring progress, performance, and assisting teams to make improvements
• Experience performing a secure configuration baseline
• Bachelor’s Degree or Certifications in related field.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance or higher

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in DoD cloud computing environments
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Project or Program Management experience

The estimated salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $145,000.00, commensurate on experience and technical skillset.
