Job Description:

Job Overview: 

The Cyber Review Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire review process, including managing Review Analysts, Quality Control Analysts, Team Leads, and Associate Review Managers. The role involves ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance while reviewing sensitive documents related to cyber incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform the duties of a Review Analyst, Quality Control Analyst, Team Lead, and Associate Review Manager, as needed.
  • Review documents on a virtual platform (e.g., Relativity) with precision, applying project-specific rules and guidelines.
  • Quality Control Analysts are responsible for reviewing completed documents, identifying errors, and providing feedback to Review Analysts.
  • Team Leads coordinate with Review Managers and handle administrative tasks as required.
  • Associate Review Managers oversee teams, communicate with management and clients, and manage project onboarding, training, complex reviews, and reporting.
  • The Cyber Review Manager supports Associate Review Managers, assists in training, and collaborates with the Director of Cyber International Review.
  • Continuous learning and skill improvement, including courses and certifications related to Privacy Law, are expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree or an equivalent qualification.
  • Must have experience with Cyber review or Incident response.
  • Must have hands-on experience working with Relativity.
  • Must have experience of managing a team of 80-100.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Adaptability in facing new challenges.
  • Experience in conducting high-level technical training.
  • Strong organizational and project tracking skills.
  • Ability to manage complex document reviews and provide detailed administrative support.
  • Effective communication with both internal teams and external clients.
  • Proficiency in creating Daily Status Reports and tracking project progress.
  • Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
  • Proficient in data investigation to assist in resolving queries.
  • Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and responsive to feedback.
  • Proficient in Excel, with a willingness to complete skill assessments.
  • Available to work 45 hours a week, including weekends if required.
  • Must have access to a computer meeting the following specifications: 
  • Windows: Windows 10 with at least 4GB of RAM. 
  • MAC: OS X "El Capitan" 10.11.3 or newer. 
  • Minimum download speed: 5mbps.
