Leidos is searching for a highly motivated Program Manager to support a federal government customer, leading the execution of their Post Quantum Computing Resilience strategy. The role includes planning, executing, and managing resources while creating and maintaining relationship with the customer. The PM responsibilities encompass ensuring program adherence to scope, schedule, and budget constraints, overseeing daily operations, communicating with support personnel to obtain status updates, and reporting as well as interfacing with Executive Leadership and functional leaders.
Primary Responsibilities:

Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all contract activities.

Lead the application and continuous integration of market solutions in a new customer space while building and maintaining the relationship of a trusted advisor, ensuring program performance reflects a deep understanding of customer priorities.

Lead team composed of Leidos team members and partners/subcontractors, providing customer access to Cybersecurity and Cryptographic expertise.

Lead the charge for Cyber organizational change management.

Manage cost, schedule and performance delivery of contractual requirements.

Ensure proper staffing to execute the program, and operate with the budget. Identify and execute actions needed to mitigate any cost drivers.

Support financial performance (revenue, operating income, margin) against the Annual Operating Plan, including a focus on maximizing profitability.

Work collaboratively with Business Development and other marketing/capture support personnel to enable growth on the contract.

Coordinate, document, and communicate program status to both internal and external stakeholders.

Manage and identify risks and opportunities, resolution and verification of effectiveness of corrective actions.

Lead proposal activity as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

Active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

BA/BS degree in related field and 8+ years of prior relevant experience or a or Masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience.

Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

Experience serving as an IT Program Manager with a significant Cybersecurity scope

Extensive knowledge of security, compliance, and governance

Program Management experience of similar size/scope (~40M per year)

Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience with Cybersecurity tools focused on protecting data and functional assets (i.e. Tenable, ServiceNow Discovery)

Thorough knowledge of DoD security policies and frameworks, including NIST 800-53 and DISA STIGs
-
Security Operations Center experience
-
Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science

Experience with Quantum Cryptography
-
Experience in Network Management

Pay Range:Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
