We are currently recruiting for a Senior Mission Manager with a TS/SCI w/ poly to work in support of our Data and Systems Integration Division in Herndon, VA. This high-visibility team leads cutting-edge strategic partnerships throughout industry and the IC to support our nation’s biggest cyber threats.
The Senior Mission Manager will work closely with the customer and other members of the team, responsible for many of the following functions:
- Relationship and mission management of several critical industry partnerships, to include serving as the main POC for all communication and documentation
- Coordinate information across partners and translate cyber information into actionable operations support
- Host recurring meetings with your partners to ensure up-to-date mission support
- Provide support to various types of engagements and capabilities briefings
- Formal documenting of ongoing requirement and efforts in alignment with specific policies and procedures
- Planning and execution of requirements in both short term and long term timelines
- Identify new partnerships and deconflict equities when needed
Ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 8+ years of relevant experience supporting the IC
- Familiarity with the cyber mission
- Ability to work in an agile environment, managing multiple customer needs and requirements in a timely manner
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Experience using customer tools for official cross-agency communication
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
The proposed salary range for this job is $180 to $230k
Skills Required
- TS/SCI with Polygraph
- 8+ years of relevant experience supporting the IC
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Familiarity with the cyber mission
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Experience using customer tools for official cross-agency communication
- Ability to work in an agile environment managing multiple customer needs
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
