Job Summary
TestPros is seeking for Cybersecurity Engineers to support a Federal cyber security program.
Position: Full-time

Job Title: Cybersecurity Engineers
Location: Remote with travel; Potential on-site meetings in Arlington, VA or Pensacola, FL
Security Clearance: Top Secret SCI or Secret
Project overview: This project delivers essential cybersecurity support across several key areas:

Task Management: Oversees project control and reporting

Security Assessments: Conducts risk and vulnerability assessments, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards.

Continuous Monitoring: Manages threat analysis and documentation, transitioning to continuous monitoring.

Administrative Security Support: Assists with security clearance processing and documentation.
-
Technical Expertise: Provides cybersecurity insights, system analysis, and policy reviews.

Surge Support: Offers flexible resource scaling for increased service needs.
Additional activities include ML Security Operations, Offensive Security, risk assessments, consistent communication, and detailed technical documentation.
Required skills:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a cybersecurity engineer
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP) are preferred.
- Experience in vulnerability management, security documentation, and regulatory compliance. OR proven experience performing security controls. Experitice in RMF assessment, authorization, and monitoring steps for systems following NIST and ICD 503 standards and best practices.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Active TS/SCI security or Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Agency experience (ideally DHS CISA)
- Cyber program experience
- SAFe and DevSecOps experience
