Why We're Hiring (Purpose of the Role)
The E*TRADE Client Experience team is seeking an Analyst to provide dedicated operational support for CX led events and initiatives. This role ensures strong financial discipline, accurate tracking, and reliable reporting across CX event activity by supporting budget management, expense reporting, and Salesforce event tracking. The Analyst enables CX leaders to execute events efficiently, meet governance requirements, and maintain transparency into spending and outcomes.

This role partners closely with CX Team to manage the operational components of CX events. The Analyst owns day to day tracking of event spend, expenses, and system records, ensuring data accuracy, timely reporting, and adherence to firm policies. Key Responsibilities
A. Core Responsibilities - CX Events Support
> Support management of the E*TRADE CX Events team budget, including tracking spend versus plan and identifying variances.
> Prepare, submit, and track expense reports, accruals, and supporting documentation in alignment with Finance and firm policies.
> Maintain, update, and audit Salesforce event tracking for CX programs, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness across required fields.
> Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting for CX leadership on budget status, expenses, and event performance.
> Partner with CX Event Team, Finance, and Marketing Operations teams to resolve discrepancies, answer questions, and support audit or review requests.
> Maintain organized documentation and trackers to support transparency, controls, and continuity of reporting.
> Ensure timelines are met for financial close, reporting cycles, and leadership deliverables.
B. Reporting, Controls & Stakeholder Support
> Apply a strong control mindset to ensure data integrity across budgets, expenses, and Salesforce tracking.
> Reconcile multiple data sources (e.g., finance systems, expense tools, Salesforce) and investigate discrepancies.
> Support leadership with clear explanations of spend trends, variances, and tracking methodology.
> Respond to ad hoc information requests related to CX event activity and costs.
C. Tools, Process Discipline & Continuous Improvement
> Use Excel extensively to maintain trackers, reconciliations, and reporting outputs.
> Develop and maintain standardized templates to improve consistency and efficiency.
> Identify opportunities to streamline recurring tracking and reporting processes within approved tools and controls.
> Document processes and ensure knowledge is transferable across the team.
> Utilize Salesforce for managing event dashboards and reviewing event opportunity statuses
D. AI, Automation & Workflow Modernization
> Identify repetitive, rules-based steps in existing deliverables (e.g., report assembly, data checks, commentary drafting, deck refreshes) that are suitable for automation.
> Design and implement lightweight automation/AI-assisted workflows to improve speed, consistency, and reduce operational risk (with a clear before/after process and measurable time saved).
> Build reusable templates and prompt libraries with testing, validation, and human-in-the-loop review before outputs are shared with stakeholders.
> Operate within firm governance, data security, and model risk requirements (e.g., approved tools only; no sensitive data shared outside permitted environments).

> Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, or a related field.
> 6 months to 2.5 years of experience in operations, finance support, program management, or a similar analyst role.
> Strong Excel skills, including the ability to manage trackers, reconciliations, and summary reporting.
> Comfort working with financial data, expense processes, and system based tracking.
> High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
> Ability to communicate clearly with cross functional stakeholders.
