Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a CX Sales Specialist to join our team at Wavenet. Acting as an expert advisor, you’ll champion our CX capabilities portfolio, supporting our sales team, customers and prospects as a consultant and subject matter expert.
This is a customer-facing, consultative sales role where you’ll own the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to solution design, negotiation, and closing. Your focus will be driving growth in CX and related Wavenet services, helping private and public sector clients transform their infrastructure, data, and applications.

What You’ll Do
- Act as Wavenet’s subject matter expert for CCaaS, CPaaS and other Contact Centre solutions, building credibility with customers and internal teams.
- Work closely with partners to drive campaigns and pipeline generation.
- Make good use of lead generation resources for outreach and campaigns
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Transformation teams to proactively identify opportunities across Wavenet’s customer base.
- Understand customer objectives, design tailored solutions, and present these to stakeholders up to C-Suite level.
- Build strong internal and external relationships to drive success and deliver transformation outcomes.
- Support the evolution of Wavenet’s CX proposition in collaboration with colleagues, vendors, and partners.
- Achieve and maintain relevant sales and vendor certifications.
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently hitting monthly sales targets and managing a healthy pipeline (3× target).
- Delivering accurate sales forecasts and reports.
- Holding strategic, solution-led conversations with customers and prospects
- Closing substantial CX deals
- Continuing to grow your solution knowledge and certifications while contributing to team success.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven track record of strong sales performance in the CX marketplace.
- Strong knowledge of:
- UC and CX solutions
- Peripheral or native solutions such as WFO, Recording, AI
- Experience of the UK UC & CX marketplace at Enterprise level.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage at Board and C-Suite level.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (HubSpot knowledge desirable).
- Ambitious, adaptable, goal-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
- Awareness of competitive offerings in the CX marketplace.
- Experience with complementary vendors in your specialism.

What We Do
The Daisy Group was founded by current Chairman Matthew Riley in 2001. Over the last two decades Daisy has developed through a combination of organic and acquisitive growth to be one of the largest providers of communications, IT and cloud services across the UK and internationally. 2018 saw key change within the Group as four independent businesses were established to better serve the needs of direct customers and indirect partners. Daisy Communications and Daisy Corporate Services remained unchanged. The most significant change saw the merger of the Group’s three channel-serving businesses (formerly known as Daisy Wholesale, Daisy Distribution and Daisy Worldwide) under a new single brand, Digital Wholesale Solutions. The Daisy Partner Services business also began to operate independently under the new name of Allvotec.
