This is a high-visibility, pioneering role where you aren't just managing tools—you are the primary architect of Trimble AECO’s AI-driven customer journey. You will have the unique opportunity to build the AECO AI Blueprint from the ground up, moving AI from a concept to a core business driver that tangibly reduces friction across the entire Architecture, Engineering, and Construction lifecycle.
Key Exciting Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the AECO AI Blueprint, acting as an internal consultant to leadership on generative and agentic AI capabilities.
Orchestrate Salesforce Agentforce configuration and build complex Flows that enable AI to perform real-world actions like license checks and project data retrieval.
Lead prompt engineering efforts to ensure AI personas align with Trimble’s professional and expert brand voice.
Partner with IT and Data teams to ground AI in Salesforce Data Cloud, ensuring real-time access to technical manuals and BIM standards.
Design and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management programs to foster a seamless human-in-the-loop experience.
Essential Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in Information Systems, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
2+ years of direct experience leading AI or automation initiatives (Chatbots, RPA, or ML-driven analytics).
Proficiency with the Salesforce Stack, specifically Flow Builder and administrative tasks.
Deep understanding of the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Owner) domain.
Strong ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and global operations teams.
Bonus Points For
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud.
Experience in SaaS environments.
Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and structured knowledge management.
